Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive tracking information once the order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
We ship through certified freight carriers and parcel services depending on product size and destination.
- Engines & transmissions ship via freight carriers.
- Smaller products and drone equipment ship via standard courier services.
Delivery times vary by location and carrier availability.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers must:
- Provide accurate shipping information.
- Inspect packages upon delivery.
- Report visible damage immediately to the carrier and notify us within 48 hours.
Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Item received is defective or incorrect.
- Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item remains unused and in original condition (where applicable).
Certain items such as installed engines, modified parts, or special-order equipment may not qualify for return.
Refund Process
After inspection and approval:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by JDM Engines Depot.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on product category.
